Celebrating Diversity

Matisyahu and Nadim Azzam's performance promotes diversity and the power of collaboration. Together, the musicians demonstrate the value of building relationships across cultural divides.

The Brody Jewish Center celebrates their commitment to people of different cultural backgrounds.

Nadim Azzam

Brought up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he was born to an Egyptian-Palestinian father and an American Jewish mother, both of whom raised Nadim with a keen sense of social justice and indiscriminating love for others of different cultural backgrounds.  Nadim Azzam’s newest EP “Here’s To Changes Vol. 1” is available to stream on Spotify or purchase online at Nadimazzam.com.  With influences ranging from The Beatles, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Sublime to Eminem and Kendrick Lamar, each song is it’s own adventure into a different genre.
