Shabbat with the BJC
Join Rabbi Jake and your fellow students for a weekly Shabbat ritual. We'll check in and reflect on our weeks, hear a D'var from staff and students, and close off the call with blessings over the candles, wine, and challah.
Shabbat Services are at 5:30 every week unless otherwise specified!
Each week, we'll have a Shabbat Bag with grape juice, challah, candles, and a surprise waiting for you to pick up at the BJC! Once a month, we'll be offering a box with a complete Shabbat meal included, and a chance to cook on Zoom with the community before Shabbat. All you need to do is fill out the form below to reserve your box no later than Wednesday at noon.
We are excited to launch HillelFresh - our Shabbat meal-kit on Select either a meal for 1, a meal for your apartment, or a pre-made meal if you don't have a kitchen.
Interested in cooking together? We've got you covered! Following virtual Shabbat, we will cook, laugh, and chat together on Zoom. HillelFresh will be offered every third Friday of the month.
