Our students are passionate about making a difference in the world. Each year, interns set out to create programming with the goal of serving the community and educating our community on social issues in Charlottesville and beyond.

Join us Tuesday, October 7, at 7:30 pm to hear Mustafa Aksu — a representative from the Uyghur Human Rights Project — speak about the human rights violations committed by the Chinese government against Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslim peoples in East Turkistan.This will be a webinar format with a Q&A component, co-hosted by the Hillel Jewish Leadership Council and the Muslim Students Association. |
